I am a 'student patient', aged 22

So, what bring you here today?

I felt 'tightness on my chest' just now

Can you tell me how did it occur?

I just lying myself on my bed, and suddenly when I got up I feel it quite pain deep inside my chest.

Can you locate me where the pain occurs, please.

It was centrally on my chest. (i'm thinking of my lung at that time)

How long does the pain last?

I am not sure. It comes and go for less than half an hour I think.

Does it spreads to anywhere?

Nope

Anything that you think precipitates the pain?

It seemed nothing to brought up the pain. But I'm not sure whether lying in front my blower might have an effect.

...anything which relief the pain?

Hurm. I tried to get myself up. And I sit upright for a long time before I found the pain has gone.

Do you notice any other symptoms that you think might be related to your pain?

I felt a little bit breathless may be. I really was unsure but, to some point I found breathing in brought on the pain at that time.

So what did you do to counter it?

I inhale slowly... and turning over on my bed. And stop breathing when I felt the pain is at its peak.

Anything else?

I felt air in my stomach. Probably because I haven't taken any main meal until this evening.

Hrm, I'll give a 3.

Have you ever smoke?

No, I never smoke.

Do you take alcohol?

Nope. Never

Any previous surgery?

Nope except a small hernia operation (i think) during my childhood.

Are you taking any medication currently?

Nope except an antibiotic tetralysal.

Are you allergic to any medications?

I don't think so.

How about your family, does any family members has any medical problems?

My mother has diabetes since 1997. She also was diagnosed with high blood pressure, but currently is under controlled. My father also has high blood glucose.

How about your siblings?

Both my sisters had ovarian cyst which has been removed.
